Before launching his own ventures, Greg held senior roles at Deloitteand Gartner, spearheading digital modernization and supply chain transformation initiatives for defense and federal clients. His expertise includes IT strategy, enterprise systems, and procurement logistics. A retired Navy Reserve Supply Corps Officer, Greg brings operational grit, global experience, and a strategic mindset shaped by years of service supporting acquisition and logistics across the globe. Greg served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Navy Reserve on a one year recall, leading efforts to consolidate systems and to transform Navy Reserve business practices. Greg holds degrees from Ohio University and Central Michigan University (MBA), along with executive education from George Washington University and the Defense Acquisition University. Shitij Sharma is a strategic technology leader with 20+ years of expertise in enterprise transformation, product management, and leading large scale initiatives. As a seasoned executive passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to solve complex supply chain challenges, Shitij brings deep experience in scaling global initiatives and driving organizational growth through technology innovation. Most recently serving as Director of Customer Success Product Management at Cisco Systems, Shitij has led large-scale cross-functional teams and managed multi-billion dollar portfolios across cloud infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and customer success platforms. His tenure at Cisco has spanned multiple senior leadership roles, including Director Product Management and Global Delivery & Practice Lead, where he has overseen business transformation initiatives, strategic portfolio management, and global delivery operations across diverse markets. Before joining Cisco, Shitij served as North America lead for Infrastructure & Operations Strategy at Gartner Inc., where he provided strategic consulting to C-level executives across various industries on technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. His expertise encompasses strategic planning and execution, data-driven decision making, cross-functional team leadership, and enterprise-wide program implementation across private cloud, SaaS, and consumption-based business models. Shitij holds an MBA from American University, a BE in Civil Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, and a Program Certificate in Applied Data Science and AI from MIT.
